Do take note to serve only fully cooked egg to infant below 18 months to prevent raw egg allergy and the risk of salmonella poisoning! My little one had experienced skin inflammation on face and lips right after eating a few mouth of soft boiled eggs.
Here are 3 Chicken Eggs beaten by my 2 years old princess. We are sharing a Breakfast Platter. If you are cooking with only 1 egg, please use a small frying pan instead.
Ingredients:
Crack eggs, add fresh milk, chicken powder and grated cheese, beat well, set aside. Heat wok, add butter.
Allow butter to melt completely. Spread the butter on the surface of the wok.
Pour in the egg mixture.
Using low heat, gently stir egg mixture in a circular motion. The egg mixture will slowly solidify.
Tips: Cook using a Stainless Steel wok to prevent scratches on your nonstick coating pan.
When egg has partial solidify, use a spatula to lift and fold the egg.
Keep repeating this action until the liquid egg solidify.
You may want to take out your portion and continue to cook your little one's portion until it has solidify completely.
A little harden egg stick onto the wok is normal. It can be easily wash off with a sponge. Soaking is not required unless you have burned food on it.
