My Bread Machine comes with a scope as shown in the picture below. Small "t" on the Left refer to the small scope, Big "T" on the Right refer to the big scope. You may use your standard teaspoon and tablespoon to take measurement if you do not have a Bread Machine.
Ingredients:
- 240ml Milk
- 1t Salt
- 3T Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 360g Bread Flour
- 1t Yeast
- 25g Butter
- 1/4 Cup Diced Sweet Potatoes
Add in all ingredients in sequence except diced sweet potatoes. Select Menu 5, 1.5lb, the tone of your Bread Loaf, follow by "Start Button". I selected Medium.
Diced sweet potatoes and set aside, you can replace with pumpkin or carrots.
Add in diced sweet potatoes during "Knead 2" stage.
Completed Knead 2 stage. Moving on to Rise 2 stage.
Completed Rise 3 stage. Moving on to Bake stage.
Song-Cho Bread Machine will take care of the Bread Baking process.
Completed Baking stage. The entire Bread Making process is about 3 hours.
Remove morion non-stick inner barrel from Song-Cho Bread Machine.
Overturn morion non-stick inner barrel. Bread loaf will come out nicely in 1 beautiful piece.

My 2 years old little princess loves making bread together. She is amazed by the bread making process from flour to dough, eventually to bread. Every time, I will prepare all the ingredients and set aside for her to perform. I'll let her helps with simple task such as sieve the flour, pour in the ingredients and press start button.
