Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 handful of Enoki Mushroom (Cut to appropriate length if sharing with little one)
- 1/2 tsp of Krystal Wee Essential Homemade Powders (Combine any 2 to 3 types)
- A pinch of Dried Parsley Leaves
- A pinch of Pepper
- A tbsp of Grated Cheese

Heat Wok, add Butter and Oil in ratio 1: 1. Add Minced Garlic, saute for a minute. Add Enoki Mushroom into Wok. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of Krystal Wee Essential Homemade Powders, Dried Parsley Leaves and Pepper. I added 1/4 tsp Scallop Powder and 1/4 tsp Pink Chicken Powder, a pinch of Garlic Powder. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes over high heat. Ready! Sprinkle with Dried Parsley Leaves and Grated Cheese before serving. Here is my simple yet delicious Enoki Mushroom, cooked in minutes. You can sprinkle with Black Sesame Seeds or Nori Seaweed Strips too!

Homemade Powder are so essential when it comes to adding flavours to little one's dishes. With just a tiny pinch to a tsp, it enhances the taste and smell of every dishes without the need of adding salt or artificial seasoning. Of course the dishes doesn't turn out to be salty, but rather fragrant and taste better.
