We had it occasionally due to the hassle of pan-frying it. Now with Buffalo Smart Air Fryer, no more fishy smell and oily floor. It is so convenient to use, preparation time is much shorter. Crispy and Oil-Free Salmon Fish Bones air-fried by Buffalo Smart Air Fryer.
Quick rinse Salmon Fish Bones, no need to pat dry, place them in a single layer in 10L Stainless Steel Inner Pot. No need to add oil.
No need to pre-heat Buffalo Smart Air Fryer. Close lid, select Fry 230 degrees, Time 20 minutes. Auto light off when reach set temperature.
After 10 minutes.
Flip to the other side. Continue to air fry for another 10 minutes or until golden brown. Ready! It is very fragrant and delicious by itself. Now I am going to use these bones for my next recipe: Salmon Fish Bone Soup, 2 recipes in 1 pot. (Click recipe)

I store the Salmon Fish Oil in a small glass cup for cooking purposes.
