From the moment I become a mummy cum wife, rice cooker has subconsciously become my indispensable kitchen appliances. However, the default accessories, Steamer has always been a White Elephant.
Why?
Material is Plastic. I doubt it's safe for cooking. Yes, I am a freek in this aspect. Of course you can still use it, but after sometime, it will wear and tear. By then, the plastic steamer will become unsafe for use.
The Good News!
I finally found a Stainless Steel Steamer. It is definitely safe for cooking, corrosion resistant, and no chemical reactions. Safe to use for cooking for my little one and family.
My new love, 22cm Stainless Steel Steamer. A must have accessories to go with rice cooker. Great for steaming potatoes, sweet potatoes, sweet corn, carrots, chicken, fish and more... while cooking rice. It makes the preparation of food easier for my little one. Time saving indeed!
A must have accessories especially for SAHM. Now with this Stainless Steel Steamer, I can enjoy my warm food after settling my little one's meal. I simply place my portion of food onto the serving dish, preferably porcelain or stainless steel material, with rice below in the rice pot to keep warm. NO plastic bowl please!
