
How to air fry in 2 tier?
Select Fry, 230 degrees, 25 minutes.
It is important to plan your menu beforehand. You will need a Low/High Rack to do a 2 tier. Place the dish which cook faster on top layer. You may use porcelain, glass or stainless steel dinnerware for air frying. Cooking time may varies, depending on the size and types of fish. You can remove item from Buffalo Smart Air Fryer once it's cooked.
Load in sequence:
- Place White Snapper Fish on Baking Pan, add 1 tbsp oil, 2 slices of ginger, a handful of spring onions and a pinch of salt.
- Place Low/High Rack.
- Place Threadfin Fish on top layer, add 1 tsp of oil, a tiny pinch of salt and pepper.
- After 5 minutes, add in spring onions and continue to air fry for another 3 minutes.
- Flip to another side, place spring onions below fish, continue to air fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle Dried Parsley Leaves. Ready for my little one!
Tips: If your little one like a harder texture, air fry for another 2 to 3 minutes. Caution not to burn food!
Tips: By placing spring onions at the base, it helps to absorb the oil use to air fry.
- Bring Baking Pan to top layer, White Snapper Fish is 1/2 cooked. Continue to air fry until skin is brown. Flip to another side, add a few garlic cloves, sprinkle salt, pepper, dried parsley leaves and curry powder. Air fry for 5 to 8 minutes or until it is cooked to your preference.

Nice articles. Thanks for share it. Obviously, this is just a fast summary of Airfryer which has determined that food preparation snacks in a low-fat air fryer does not generate snacks that flavor exactly like deep-fried ones. It does recommend however that they are probably the nearest you can generate and are of course much healthier
