How to Air-Fried Sliced Garlic?

Air-Fried Sliced Garlic makes the perfect condiments for cooking or even as healthy snack by its own. It is so simple and easy to cook with Buffalo Smart Air Fryer. All I need to do is to load and let my air fryer run by itself. If you are a breastfeeding mummy then please eat your garlic. Garlic helps to increase milk supply.
Sharing the same Angel Hair Aglio Olio with my little one. I added Sliced Garlic and Bacon to my portion for a more intense flavours.

Activity with my Little One (Part 1)...
We spent the morning peeling garlic skin. She didn't resist the smell.
Recipe:
  • 5 Garlic Bulb (Cut into slices)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • A tiny pinch of Salt (*Optional, I did not add)

Add a tbsp of oil to Sliced Garlic, mix and coat well.
Place Sliced Garlic into Buffalo Smart Air Fryer accessories, Baking Cage.
Select "Bake" 180 degrees, "Roll", 20 minutes. Midway when the garlic turn light brown, lower the temperature to 160 degrees, to prevent it from getting burnt.
During the 360 degree rotation, some sliced garlic tend to stick onto the edge of the Baking Cage, this is due to the moisture content in garlic. To prevent it from sticking, you can open the lid mid way to remove those sliced garlic sticking to the edge.
Crispy Sliced Garlic is ready. Allow it to cool down before storing into air tight container. If you find it not crispy enough, you can air-fried for another 5 to 10 minutes at 150 degree.

Activity with my little one (Part 2)...
Picking the burnt Sliced Garlic with my little one can be so fun. She tasted it and look for odd shapes.

Eating what she rejected...
As mentioned in my previous posting Garlic for my little fussy eater, my little one is eating all her minced garlic. As for Sliced Garlic, she finds it bitter, not able to accept the taste yet. I shall not force her to eat it then. Now she loves to pick those Sliced Garlic on my plate to feed me. As she feeds me, she will ask "Is it bitter?". My super cute princess!
