Poached White Snapper Fish in Soup of the Day

The easiest, fastest and healthiest method of cooking a delicious fish dish for your little one in minutes. It takes no cooking skills, no knife skills, even accuracy is not an issue. You can simply buy fresh fish fillet from the supermarket if you can't fillet the fish yourself. Fish texture is soft and easy on little one's tummy. You can try using Threadfin Fish or Red Grouper Fish too!
Poached White Snapper Fish in Soup of the Day.

Ingredients:
  • 1 pcs White Snapper Fish Fillet
  • 250ml Chicken Stock (Soup of the Day)
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 tsp Chinese White Wine
  • A pinch of Ginger Powder
  • A pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
  • A pinch of Pepper
  • A handful of Spring Onion
  • 3 to 5 pcs of Organic Goji Berry
Method:
1. Fillet White Snapper Fish. You can either place Organic Goji Berry on Fish Fillet or add to pot to simmer.
2. Pour Chicken Stock to Pot. Add Soya Sauce, Chinese White Wine, Ginger Powder, bring it to boil.
3. Place White Snapper Fish Fillet into Wok. Simmer for about 6 minutes.
*Cooking time may vary, depending on size of fish.
4. Place Spring Onion on White Snapper Fish. Simmer for another minute. Lightly sprinkle a little Himalayan Pink Salt and Pepper to taste. Ready to serve!

Cooking Tips:
You may use any Soup of the Day to prepare this poached fish dish. To prepare Chicken Stock, simply blanch chicken bones, add to soup pot, add water, add a handful of spring onion, onion, carrot, tomato, boil for 2 hours. Sieve soup and it is ready for use. Sound easy but that's a little more work to do.

If you do not have chicken stock, you may use QSB method with Krystal Wee Essential Homemade Powders.
Below are my recommended combination:
(a) ½ tsp Sakura Chicken + ½ tsp Scallop + a pinch of Ginger.
(b) ¼ tsp Mushroom, ½ tsp Pink Chicken, ½ tsp Scallop, a pinch of Ginger.
