Air Fried Salmon with King Oyster Mushroom

Simple, Delicious, Guilt-Free Dish for my precious little girl. We'll never order Salmon Fish from outside. Never!!! cos too "Salmon Smell". How do I get the Good Smelling & Delicious Salmon Fish? It doesn't take much cooking skill, just my Garlic Powder & Ginger Powder combo!!!

Air Fried Salmon with King Oyster Mushroom.

Ingredients A for Salmon Fish:

• 1 piece Salmon Fish Fillet
• 1/2 tsp of Garlic Powder
• 1/4 tsp of Ginger Powder
• A pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt
• A pinch of Black Pepper

Ingredients B for King Oyster Mushroom :

• 1 piece of King Oyster Mushroom (Diced)
• A slice of Butter
• 1 piece Garlic Clove (Minced)
• A few drops of Soya Sauce
• 1/4 tsp Pink Chicken Powder
• A pinch of Mushroom Powder
• A pinch of Garlic Powder
• 2 to 3 tbsp of Fresh Milk
• A pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt
• 2 to 3 tbsp of Cornstarch Water

Part 1: How to prepare Salmon Fish?

Marinade Salmon Fish with ingredients A, set aside for at least 10 minutes.

I'm using Buffalo Smart Air Fryer, place on Baking Pan with High Rack, select Roast 200 degree for 15 to 20 minutes with Skin Facing up. Cooking time depends on thickness of fish. Flip once when Salmon Fish Skin is crispy. If you do not air fryer, you can either use oven or pan fry it.

Part 2: How to make a brown sauce with King Oyster Mushroom?

Diced King Oyster Mushroom, set aside. Heat wok, add King Oyster Mushroom, Butter, Minced Garlic, a few drops of Soya Sauce, Pink Himalayan Salt, Pink Chicken Powder, Mushroom Powder, Garlic Powder and Fresh Milk. Toss and coat well, when almost ready, stir in corn starch water.

Qs: Can I use other types of Mushroom?
Ans: Yes, Swiss White Button, Swiss Brown Button Mushroom, Portobello Mushroom will be suitable too.

Part 3: Plating
Place Salmon Fish on serving plate, scoop the King Oyster Mushroom on Salmon Fish. Sprinkle with Dried Parsley Leaves or your favourite garnishing. Done! Enjoy!

This is the juicy tender portion for my little one. Finished and I gave her one more serving.
